In addition to being a contact manager, PCM interfaces with real estate public records
to download as much available information as possible, including a property’s assessed
value, room count, square footage, lot size, school district, legal id, etc. In
the past, gathering information necessitated the use of outside property data resources
and often a trip to the Assessor’s office. PCM not only collects information, it
also calculates a property’s assessed market value—critical in determining if a
property is over-assessed.
PCM also creates a vast array of documents including
retainer letters, grievance applications, appeal forms, and
award letters which can be printed individually or en masse.
