GeoData Plus, LLC is a provider of foreclosures, property sales and other vital real estate information
for the New York metropolitan area.
Client Tracker is the foundation of GeoData Plus’ client management. Going far beyond a contact
management tool, CT allows its users to log detailed support calls with pre-defined
issues and resolutions, maintains a client’s support history, and acts as the user
management system for GeoData’s web based application, GeoData Direct.
CT’s on-demand statistics consist of a service queue that displays pending service
calls, data collection reports, and a live record of all GeoData Direct login attempts.
